How It Works (3 Simple Steps)
Bring Your Card
On your first visit, bring your insurance wallet card (or the app on your phone). We need your Policy Number and Member ID.
We Submit Instantly
While you are enjoying your tea in the lounge, our reception team submits the claim electronically.
You Pay the Gap
If your plan covers 80%, you only pay the remaining 20% at the counter. If you are covered 100%, you walk out paying $0.
The "Use It or Lose It" Rule
Most insurance plans in Canada operate on a calendar year (Jan 1 to Dec 31).
Here is the catch:
Unused benefits do NOT roll over. If you have $500 of massage coverage and you don't use it by December 31st, that money disappears back into the insurance company's pocket.
Pro Tip: December is our busiest month. We recommend booking your year-end sessions in October/November to guarantee your spot.
Do I Need a Doctor's Note?
This is the #1 question we get.
The Answer: It depends on your plan.
Modern Plans (Sun Life / Manulife)
90% of them no longer require a doctor's referral for RMT massage.
Older Plans / Health Spending Accounts
Some may still ask for one.
Recommendation: Log into your insurance portal app right now and check "Coverage Details." It will state clearly if a referral is required.
